親愛的同學們,大家好:
因為,有些同學反映說,上課不要上理論,要更生動活潑一點.關於以上
兩點,我有一些看法.
在自我探索的過程中,如果,沒有理論來幫助自己理解自己的內在狀況,
就像是在暗夜中開車,卻不開大燈,很容易撞到樹的,或是,掉到水溝裡,而要花
很多時間來摸索.亦或是,我們要騎車去班遊,如果,我們身上帶著地圖,就能夠
直接往目的地去,而不會本來要去日月潭,卻跑到合歡山去.
另外,關於生動活潑的部份,確實是我們教導者需要注意的地方.如何能夠
刺激大家對自身的思考,或引發大家的學習興趣,是我們還需要多學習 、多磨
練的地方.但反過來說,學習的環境是教導者和學習者共同創造出來的,或許,學
習者能夠更主動的參與,發表自己的見解或分享自己的感受,則教導者更能夠理
解大家的狀態,而能夠與同學有所互動,這才有可能使課程變得生動活潑.
以上是我的看法,大家覺得呢?
